These terms apply to Refrain and supplement Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Refrain is a personal focus timer with an intent journal, focus rules, local session history, and end-of-session reflection. It is not a medical, mental-health, addiction-treatment, or emergency tool.
Refrain Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Subscriptions.
The free tier includes the basic timer, one focus rule, and up to one hour of focus per day. Pro unlocks unlimited daily focus, unlimited rules, intent journal, full history, weekly reports, and custom durations.
You are responsible for the text you enter into intents, rules, and reflections. Refrain stores that content locally on your device.
Refrain is provided as is. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or protection from local data loss.
